Two-dimensional protein database of human pancreas

We report here the two-dimensional protein database of human pancreas. The proteins were analyzed by two-dimensional electrophoresis followed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS). Totally, 302 proteins were identified, of which about 27% were enzymes with a broad range of catalytic activities. Several of these are specifically expressed in pancreas, such as pancreatic amylase, pancreatic stone protein, pancreatitis-associated protein, pancreatic lipase, pancreatic elastase, etc. Structural and cytoskeletal proteins are also strongly represented on the gels. Thus, the pancreatic proteome reflects the organ's function. This work paves the way for further studies on pancreatic protein expression in health and disease, such as diabetes and pancreatic cancer.     

(NiV13O38)7-的电子结构和催化性质的探讨

使用SCC－DV－Xα方法研究了高钒杂多化合物（NiV13O38）7-的电子结构，并探讨了它的催化性质·结果表明，（NiV13O38）7-是一种比Keggin结构更强的催化剂。分析了该阴离子中的键的强弱关系，认为配位数越少的氧与V形成的键越强．并分析了前线轨道HOMO，LUMO的组成，从而得出它的催化活性中心是Ni，V、一配位端氧，二、三配位桥氧，五配位中心氧的结论。     

一维单峰映象的拓扑熵

在对Logistic映象数值计算的基础上,我们分析了一维单峰映象的逆轨道结构,证明了不同参数处逆轨道总数N(n)随求逆次数n而变化的递推公式。借此解析地求得了在倍周期区中h(f)≡0;在U序列RLR²¹的m=3+2l周期点上h(f)=logα_mp,其中α_mp为方程α^m-2α^m-2-1=0的最大实根;在2^j-1常和2j带交界处h_j(f)=(1/2)^jlog2,由此可得聚点μ_∞处拓扑熵的标度指数t=0.449806…。在此基础上,我们还求得了混沌区的周期窗口,U序列RL^aR^b所对应的各点处的拓扑熵,以及h_R*Q(f)=(1/2)h_Q(f)的关系。证明是在M.S.S.规则和“*”乘法则的基础上进行的。所以本文的结果对一维单峰映象是普适的。 关键词：     

On the low temperature magnetic properties of some sulfites of divalent iron

Zero field Mössbauer spectra and powder susceptibility measurements show that the condensed, hydrogen bonded network compound FeSO₃ 3H₂O orders antiferromagnetically (T_Néel 9.5 K). The related anhydrous material FeSO₃ also shows antiferromagnetic exchange but no evidence of long range three-dimenstional magnetic order to as low as 1.4 K.Supported by the U.S. National Science Foundation Division of Materials Research—Solid State Chemistry Program Grant No. DMR 8313710.     

Thermodynamics of the dissociation of 2-aminopyridinium ion in synthetic seawater and a standard for pH in marine systems

Buffer solutions composed of 2-aminopyridinium chloride and 2-aminopyridine in synthetic seawater are useful as a supplement to buffers of Tris (pH 8.2) and Bis (pH 8.8) in standardizing measurements of hydrogen ion concentration (pm _H or pH(SWS)) in oceanography. The dissociation constant of 2-amino-pyridinium ion over the range of salinities (S) from 30 to 40 has now been determined from the emf of cells without liquid junction at eight temperatures (T) from 278.15 to 313.15 K. The results fit the equation pK=2498.31/T–15.3274+2.4050 lnT+S(0.012928–2.9417×10^–5T) with a standard deviation of 0.0023. Thermodynamic constants for the dissociation process and standard reference values of pm _H and pH(SWS) were derived from the data. The pm _H of the buffer consisting of 2-aminopyridinium chloride and 2-aminopyridine (each 0.04 molal) in synthetic seawater of salinity 35 varies from 7.356 at 278.15 K to 6.601 at 313.15 K.

水解聚合铝溶液中Al30形态的研究

水解聚合铝形态一直是分析、催化、土壤、地球化学、新材料、环境科学和生物毒理学等众多领域研究的前沿和热点。Keggin 结构的Al₃₀ 形态是迄今为止发现的电荷最高的水解铝聚合阳离子,具有独特的分子结构和纳米分子尺寸,它对催化化学、新型功能材料、高效絮凝剂的开发以及铝的水解聚合转化规律研究具有重要意义。本文主要论述了Al₃₀形态的形成、形态分析方法、结构模型以及形成机理等方面的最新研究进展,并对水解聚合铝溶液的研究发展趋势进行了展望。
